The service
FLIPINVOICE lets you create products, scan barcodes and generate PDF invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue and for your own tax obligations.
Plans and billing
Starter costs £12 per month (50 invoices) and Pro costs £27 per month (unlimited invoices, logo and payment reminders). Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then your account returns to the free plan.
First-subscription refund
Before 72 hours from your first payment, you may use Settings to request a full refund and end your subscription immediately. After that window, and for renewals or later subscriptions, no voluntary refund is offered. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Bank processing times vary; see our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use FLIPINVOICE for fraudulent invoices, illegal activity, or to send unsolicited email.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
