Who we are
FLIPINVOICE is an online invoicing service for small businesses in the United Kingdom. We act as data controller for your account data.
What we collect
Your name, email address, business name and logo, the products and invoices you create, and your subscription status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
To provide your account, generate your invoices, process your subscription and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.
Who can see it
Your products and invoices are private to your account. We use trusted processors for hosting, sign-in (including Google) and payments (Stripe).
AI assistance
If you use Ask Flip, your questions and the assistant's replies are stored privately in your account so you can continue later. Conversation text is sent to our AI service to generate replies. Do not include passwords, card details or confidential information in your messages.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required by UK tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us from your account email to make a request.
